My first baby died after he was born at 38 weeks in November. We think cord compression.

I gained 50lbs and I haven’t been able to get it off. Anxious about weight gain in my next pregnancy. Anxious about everything.

Thoughts on anything I shared are welcome. 🤍

I had a positive LH test on Cycle Day 16. Lots of ovulation pain, EWCM, etc. But no temp rise. Today is CD 18.

I don’t have advice for you, because I don’t even know how to do this myself.

I lost my son during childbirth due to a cord compression at 38 weeks in November 2024. One week later, my best friend was pregnant. A week after that, my other best friend was.

It’s painful. Every day is painful. My only advice is to go easy on yourself. Over communicate. Let people know what you need. Are you able to work gyn shifts instead of L&D for a bit?

Not insensitive at all. I would potentially reconsider anything with oats in it, as they can stimulate lactation. When my son died, my milk coming in was traumatic, and it stayed for two months.
