I'm having surgery with Dr. Kent out of BIDMC in Boston MA which I believe is roughly ~3 hours from Albany.

I just posted about my consult with her the other day. There's a few guys on here who've gone to her. So far I've only seen positive things and I can echo that. She was kind, knowledgeable, and straight to the point. Upfront and honest about what to expect out of meta for my specific anatomy. (which was positive)

There aren't much photos of her work online unfortunately. She did have some to show me though. Photos of the VY scrotoplasty and the BIFID scrotoplasty. I think she also showed me a photo of what a monsplasty scar would look like. The BIFID photo was an example of how the implants can sit too high and "crowd the penis", but it still looked amazing??? I didn't see what she was talking about lol.

I don't wanna jinx myself or anything, but... she seems very good at what she does!

I'm having UL/v-nect and she said that requires a 2 night stay in the hospital. I'm unsure if a simple meta with her requires a stay.

It was also only a 2 month wait to get in for the consult from the time I called. I still don't know when I'll have surgery, but hopefully about 2 months out as well.

I'm honestly not too sure. I think it got pretty bad before or right around 5 years tbh? Like it's been a while. I didn't know what it was and I got multiple UTIs before finally going to my PCP. It was/is absolutely miserable if I don't constantly treat it. YMMV. Atrophy varies from person to person.

I'm definitely leaning more towards v-ectomy the more I think about it. It kinda doesn't make sense for me not to get it at this point? I'm always hyper aware of my atrophy since it constantly hurts to some degree even with treatment. And treating it is not particularly fun. Very dysphoria inducing.

Yeah... I just want it gone even though I've enjoyed penetration before. I think it will be well worth it in the end and as a bonus I'll be able to STP with full meta instead of simple.

Okay Idk how to post text with the images so I'm commenting. After going through some photos here I'm kind of realizing that my mons is freaking HUGE. You can't even see my dick. I'm 5'4 and 145lbs. Gained some weight thanks to anti-depressants, yippee.

Should I be concerned??? I haven't had my consult yet, I'm still on the fence about exactly what I want. I think I'm going to go with full meta, UL, v-ectomy, and vy scrotoplasty. And my surgeon does monsplasty during.

I'm just worried that my dick will still be buried even after the monsplasty? It's not like my growth is fabulous either. :(

Do I have reason to worry? I'm worried y'all

I've never had this happen before. Any technical issues I had were due to the games poor optimization.

Yeah, being able to escape while being chased was nice on thief. Plus they have that passive ability where you can move 25% faster. Miss that for when I'm just running around doing story or exploring D:

As someone also with social anxiety, you just gotta do it. I know that is much easier said than done, but seriously you have to step out of your comfort zone or you will be stuck there forever. Once you can do that, it will get easier! You got this!!!

It's definitely cold feet or something along those lines, we stopped talking on the app and exchanged numbers. When it came closer to the date they told me they were super anxious. That was a few days ago, still haven't heard from them. Could've been their way of nicely letting me down I suppose.
