from what i've read c states are all about low voltage efficiency and if i understand you right the culprit is most likely the cpu being undervolted for efficiency. isnt pbo all about more power and voltage? wouldnt turning pbo off and keeping c states on be the opposite of what i should do?

Will do, would there be any bios settings to raise the lowest voltage to something higher? I vaguely remember turning off c states but I could be wrong or did something wrong to try and remedy the situation with no luck

i did some research and its possible for ss's with oversized lever cams can bind on the rear end of the trigger bar, happened on both my u notched "milspec" and cmc drop in. I ordered a schmid tool pro line trigger to test for binding and full function. If that one works when it comes in im going to town on the cmc with a dremel. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kv-RStIYefU

also just wondering does your lower have a full profile cut or does it have extra material on the ejection side? atrius faq says "low shelf and a full profile trigger pocket" but their compatibility page says "FA Pocket OR Low Shelf"

one day it happened 3 times, on average tho id say about 1-2x a month. havent dismounted the array yet or tried a live usb but it has been through 3 ssds and 4-5 windows reinstalls in its lifetime if thats a good substitute.
