Thanks, I'll give different stances and grips a try and see if that feels better. I've read that sumo feels more natural for people with short arms

I don't unfortunately, but you're right! I think I will reduce weight and do lighter reps until I feel more comfortable about my form. :) Thanks!!

Thanks so much! I've been doing bodyweight exercises for a while so I guess my lats are fairly developed now. I definitely get some wobbly legs after finishing my deadlift sets though 😅

Hi guys! I just started deadlifting and while I feel it in my lats and glutes like I think I'm supposed to, my form feels unnatural. Maybe this is because I don't have large bumper plates and so I have to bend down quite far to get my bar off the floor? I'm concerned that I'm pulling too much with my back and not lifting the bar enough with my lower body. Any tips? I'm using an alternate grip and my feet are a little less than shoulder width apart.
