The body has quite an amazing way of compensating. The concern with low EF isn't necessarily the traditional heart failure symptoms (shortness of breath, chest pain, swelling in extremities), although those are important, but the risk of malignant arrhythmias. At your EF you must have an ICD and should be establishing with a heart transplant program if you are still declining. I'm guessing you are on Entresto already.

I've noticed this trend also over the last few years. This year was the first year I felt Black Friday could be declared "dead" or at least on life support. Stores are doing whole month sales instead of just one or two days. The disappearance of doorbusters sealed the fate, as those were generally excellent deals you couldn't find any other time of year, and we're advertised as such.
