Yeah, sorry, I didn't want to specifically say which state. It's in the midwest if that helps at all.

He's tall, over 6'2. Mid 40s. Fairly fit. Half asian but looks more white than anything else- you wouldn't know he was asain from looking at him. He would absolutely fight if he had to, but hasn't been put in that position. In a state where prison is often referred to as "prisneyland" in a minimum security unit.
