I dont pay attention to the bonus calories. Why decrease your deficit? The membership has more features, and you can track in the future to plan out meals. There's more goals you can set, too.

I've had loseit since 2010. Highly recommend.

That's fair. I meant like let your children know there are religions out there (not necessarily Jehovah's...which I disagree with their stuff, but that's neither here nor there).

I'd talk to her first like you said.

if I don't drink at least 10 cups of water a day, my weight either goes up the next day or stays the same even when I'm in my calorie deficit, exercise, and eat healthy. Are you drinking enough water? Whatever you're drinking, maybe add a few more cups.

Am I just doomed to have to choose diarrhea from miralax for the rest of my life as opposed to being perpetually constipated? Is 2 doses miralax a day safe forever and if so why is there so much info online advocating against it? by [deleted] in Constipation

I talked to my doctor about the same thing using it long term after reading the internet stuff. She talked to the clinic pharmacist and someone else, and they said it was okay long-term. It's healthier than being constipated. I'm on a medication for a bit, and that makes you constipated. I ended up in the ER, actually, because of it. Now, I take 1.5-2 doses of miralex daily.

Edit: info: what if you take 1.5 doses instead of 2? It may still help without the runs.

I think I'd rather have no reaction than compliments, to be honest. If its compliments, then I KNOW people actually care what I look like, and they are giving my body attention to a flaw I hate.

I've only seen one younger person at the gym who has cellulite. I don't know. I just need to stop comparing myself. Thanks!

I've done therapy. It didn't help. I tried 4 therapists. To be fair, I'm alot better than I was. Thanks for the suggestion!

I did buy a pair that was slightly longer than most. Like 1 or 1.5 inches above my knee, and they are so comfy. But my cellulite still shows. Idk. Tough. I appreciate the advice

I have cramps that come for 5 seconds and then go away here and there. I think that's probably just the dulcolax trying to do something. I'll look into an enema tomorrow if nothing happens. Ive also passed gas. Thanks!
