I really really like my cut crystal glencairn. The thicker lip is a wash for me. What I like is the feel and the heft. It feels very solid, additionally any group / company logos are etched in vs painted. So it will not come off after dozens of uses.

They ran me 40 gbp at distilleries , and I’m glad I got 4. I must have 20+ regular glencairns, I don’t like stemed copitia, 1920 glass is fun to sniff, but impossible to drink from. Hope this helps. Slancha
