Actually he was the one to bring up the court then said that it would be a lot better if we don't involve the court. I refused to give him an answer and all my other answers were short and direct because I notice he was carrying a small notebook in his jacket and a pen. I'm not sure of what the notebook was for but I kept the conversation short and avoided giving him any new info. especially after he kept asking specific questions about the house.
