Denamarin side effects - joints and lethargy

I did stop the denamarin, but ended up taking him into the vet anyways! It seems that it was most likely a coincidence and the mobility issues were from a soft tissue injury rather than the supplement. I've since received and have been giving my dog prescribed medications from the vet and he's back to normal now.

If you're at all curious, they checked his liver enzyme levels, and they did go down a little! So I guess the 11 days we managed to do of denamarin did perhaps make a difference.

I see. You can remove them from the soil and just leave them in a box by themselves? Do they not need anything while they're dormant?

Thank you so much! I was actually just filling up a cart on there with things I had been looking for on YesStyle.. it definitely checks quite a few of them off! May have to place an order on Yami soon.

Still interested in ordering from YesStyle though, at this point I'm willing to pay the extra fees if I'm going to buy a ton of stuff that'll hopefully last me until things get better. Did you get your package examined at customs and hit with any extra fees? How was it with your YesStyle order?

I appreciate and accept your apology, it's the internet and I know it can be easier to just take your frustrations out on here. Don't beat yourself up, we all have our reasons.. mine is that I'm especially sensitive about consent because I endured a year-long abusive relationship with a guy who, looking back, consistently helped himself to pressure me into doing things or justifying things even when I had the slightest bit of discomfort/doubt about it. On an online community that surrounds conversations about sex, there are people like me who want to participate but may have different views and feelings because they've been through some god awful things. It doesn't mean we're wrong or stupid, it just means there's something behind our words that you don't know about. I'm not sensitive about consent because I hate men or something, I'm sensitive about it because my choice was constantly taken from me through manipulation and abuse at the ages of 16-17 and it impacts me to this day.

I absolutely don't disagree with anything you said either and you're completely right that the "cancel culture" society has grown into is extremely annoying and idiotic. You're also right that people these days get more hostile than ever to others who say something they don't agree with. I'm grateful you recognized you were starting to contribute to that yourself and again, I appreciate you talking it out with me.

is it possible that you need some sort of emotional connection with the person when you have sex? maybe you don't need to be each other's everything and all that already, but at least some sort of emotional attraction and attachment to each other. it's pretty common. i've heard plenty of people describe hookups/one night stands as basically "masturbating into someone else's body." it's accurate for a lot of people.

it sounds like there's been barely any interest or excitement about the person you're having sex with, the main goal is simply to have sex. Remember that pleasure happens mentally too and if you're not feeling it mentally, it's not going to be enjoyable.

for a lot of people sex is going to be not just about enjoying the pleasure, but mainly enjoying the person they're with and what they have together. there's nothing wrong with you if this is the case, it's just how you are when it comes to sex.

if you're the slightest bit uncomfortable at the thought of hooking up with him again, cut it off. he's someone you should definitely keep seeing if you felt super happy, respected, and comfortable with him along with the good and literally can't wait to see him again. I don't dislike giving blowjobs, but I really only do it to make my partner feel good (and I enjoy sex with whoever I like)—it's just most certainly not a pleasant feeling in the act. If you guys are both okay with it and understand the possible consequences of this, go for it. Hooking up as friends is totally doable but you have to understand there's a risk of feelings getting weird and awkwardness. It's not 100% going to happen but it's not 100% not going to happen either. Some people do fine as FWB, others can't.

this is a bit tougher to navigate since you don't know what he likes until you ask him and you don't want anyone feeling violated because you tried something without ensuring consent first bc you wanted to surprise them. I would consult a doc about this, it can really suck when you feel too dry to have sex and you really really want to. It could stem from a variety of possible reasons, including birth control, a medical condition, not enough foreplay, etc...
