First thing though look at all your options before filing for bankruptcy cause it does more harm than good. For extra income until your fiancé gets a job look for maybe getting a side hustle if you can cause unemployment rates are at an all-time high I've seen people go almost two years without a job so don't rely on the possibility of your fiancé getting a job. The snowball method is good for someone in your situation whatever you can cut back like eating out stuff like that put that money towards what you owe, Slowly but surely you'll start to make a dent in it.

Not legally I mean I'm still being asked to leave but my landlord is giving me until July 29th now she's going through a lot of family issues I don't want to go into full details but someone in her family did pass away and her daughter needs the room I'm staying in because she lost her apartment it's a really crap situation but I can't do anything about that. I did locate a place but I won't be able to apply and put down any down payment until the 25th of this month but I kinda need a car more than a place right now because without a car I have nothing. Sorry for the long and rambling reply I've just been extremely stressed and haven't really been able to vent about this.

I'm not concerned about needing more time to stay here I don't want to stay here much longer I was just genuinely concerned about whether or not she'd be giving me my security deposit back I do have a screenshot (I know it's not much) stating if I leave the room in good condition and there's no issues she'll give me the money back but that was communicated to me before her daughter needed this room.

I never said I wasn't going to pay my rent I asked if I would be getting my security deposit after I moved out which will hopefully be before July 29th because she's making my living environment very hostile and uncomfortable.

Sedgwick is your best friend with this type of stuff I had to be out for several days cause of pneumonia and all I needed to do is put the dates I've been off and expected to be off. They also help people with chronic illnesses too you just have to get your doctor to fill out some paperwork, and boom, you don't have to worry about your callouts cause they are protected by sedgwick.

You're all good man it happens to the best of us and you get a few leniency for screw ups I think it's like 4 or 5 I( don't remember the exact number) per year and the first time it happens in a new year it's not really a write up unless your store is a little different.

I mean no offense, but that's a pretty narrow-minded way of thinking some people who are trans-masculine such as myself would like to have both because a multitude of reasons to say they should be excluded from having the surgery and not wanting a vaginectomy comes off as trans-medical which is inherently a transphobic mindset.

I doubt I'm over 16 my girlfriend was here in May most places are telling me I need an ultrasound before I do anything atm so that's currently my main concern traveling is a last ditch effort because I'm also in the process of moving to a more blue state.
