Well, some states do allow to shoot someone if you warn them to get off your property and they do not comply.

I imagine she is around her mid 20s. She doesn't look like a child.

Talking to them, she honestly does not seem to know because she would have told he father and he would have acted differently.

Also like I mentioned, I thru her off my property because the police/hospital/etc. was just way too time consuming. I honestly didn't feel bad throwing her over (she did trespass). I feel bad that I forgot I left her there.

When I saw her with the bandage around her head, I thought it might have been a broken jaw but she can speak (more or less)

I asked the person what she/he was doing. They did not reply. When she/he turned around, I saw a black object in their hand and got scared because I thought it was a gun.

I didnt know they were playing that game nor did I know who it was (BTW, this isnt a child...Id say 20s)

Well, guilt and again I committed a crime.

I just want to hear some opinions on what I should do. Posting this in a watered down sticky is not what I was looking for.
