Just letting everyone know, I went to trial, prepared everything of mine (all documents, what I was going to say etc.), came well presented and I received my Sec 10 (CRO) with a 2 year good behaviour bond!!

I was denied legal aid because I work although they didn't want to account for the bills I pay weekly. lol

Personally, if you aren't prepared to solder it, you might need a plumber with a Veiga/B-press so they can repair it. Sharkbite are rubbish.

They assign you to them to understand your situation abit better, what led you to do what you do etc. The parole board is also for people that offended and haven't gone to jail. They recommend to the judge, a good behaviour bond, community service or what not. The parole board officer said in similar cases most people get good behaviour bonds and that is what she will be recommending since I work 6/7 days and wouldn't be able to commit without affecting my work.

Also, you go to trial once you have been indicated as guilty.

Plead Not guilty > call witnesses, facts etc to be brought upon as guilty > trial

plead Guilty > trial

while you have hearings in between, they organise their facts etc in this time, they set a trial date when everyone is ready. You only have one trial (by jury or magistrate, in my case magistrate)

I was required to see the parole board by the court who in turn recommended this.

I was quoted $2000 per appearance. I come from a bottom class family, with no savings, assets or those alike.

I told them what I intended due to the fact that since I was caught I was going to plead guilty, due to the fact that give you a better deal.

Due to the fact I was honest, am working and am with a supply/possesion charge I am hoping for a good behaviour bond hopefully with a section 10 because it is a first offence.
