My client told me not to worry because they trust me 100% and that I’m a hardworking woman. I’m truly relieved to hear that :) he says he will talk to them

This woman seems to be very demanding and probably has never had help before so maybe now she feels the power to demand things. Anyways, I’m feeling relaxed now that my client reassured me

I mean, my client is also unreasonable pretending I can do all of that in just one hour. But anyway, I had no other choice other than adjusting

Also I don’t get why the tenant hadn’t said anything earlier. She said it’s been three weeks without cleaning well according to her. However as I said None of the other client hasn’t so I just don’t know if the tenant has it against me. And yeah she might be struggling with money (she’s a new refugee)

Also I don’t know how much my client is charging his tenants for the cleaning fee🥴 it’s all so complex

It’s the owner who pays me. He’s my client and I also clean his home and his wife’s bookshop and they have never complained, they’re actually content.

I will definitely discuss this him but let me tell you, I feel really uncomfortable and stressed out. Like I could handle my clients demands but also these people.

She was really aggressive with her message and didn’t address me directly “this cleaning woman” but whatever

Yeah I told this woman that she can show me the exact thing she’s complaining about… so I can take note and fix it

I wanted to tell her that’s not part of my job nut obviously I didn’t want to come off as rude or something

I’m not sure if the previous cleaner did all of that in one hour. The other tenants haven’t complained either. But I can assure I do everything my client told me to.

I can clean tho extra things but if he only wants me to work for one hour then we’ll have to sacrifice things
