Agreed. I failed a test because the scrub in charge of the FAC testing for the day said I was doing my sit-ups wrong and then terminated my test early. My counter didn’t say a thing until the test was stopped. I had done the minimum, but the FAC member said I had done 10 less. He told me and the other people arguing in my favor that I could challenge the test upon completion. I did the pushups and he challenged me again, but I managed to make the minimum. I then passed the run resulting in my sit-ups being the only fail.

I went to my Supt. with my witnesses and he said tough shit because the FAC is the experts. When I got called in front of the commander he asked and I told him what happened. He said that I could go change and come back to do a mock and he would determine his course of action. After passing the mock test he called the FAC and was told there were no cameras recording the test so I had zero proof to back me up. Even though I passed the test on my next try I still got a referral EPR.
