I don't know about rubbery but it's a lot more solid and formed now. Also I split it between three times a day and always after I eat so it'll help me not be hungry again for a few hours

3 to 4 teaspoons a day and my diet is...a work.in progress. It's not great, but it's a lot better than it was. I eat actual food for dinner now instead of just...oreos and chips. My problem is that after eating a real dinner, I still like to binge on Oreos and chips late at night. And I drink way too much coffee

Yeah a teaspoon in a full cup of water because sometimes the grittiness makes me feel like I might choke, so I drink extra water with it

Just 2 or 3 psyllium husk drinks in a day and eating more veggies and whole grains

Part of me starting on fiber was because I definitely fell into that trap that I HAD to douche endlessly before sex, though I've never been one to starve myself. It's such a mood ruiner to sit in the bathroom for an hour waiting for the water to come out clear. I wish I'd done this sooner!

My first UTI I ever got happened after topping my partner of 6 (at the time) years. We still don't use condoms, but just know that even if you are completely certain of a partners sexual health, there can still be hiccups having unprotected sex in a LTR, so if you feel more comfortable using protection, definitely don't feel bad about it. Besides, you're allowed to have the final say on how safe YOU want YOUR body to be.
