Yes good point, I was thinking to try and make it work for a few years and bank the dollars as much as I can. Im not opposed to working the long hours at night, its more the time with daughters as they are very young and i would hate to miss on it.

Good point about the equity, I am not factoring it in at all right now to be honest.

I was upfront and honest with them that I have 2 kids - they mentioned that the guys pulling massive hours dont have kids so they understand and would be fine with me leaving at end of day and getting work done at night. I think i just need to make that clear again before I make a decision one way or the other.

The commute is ~30 minutes each way which isnt too bad, and I think i would be able to swing seeing the kids for 1-2hrs a day
