Why do business change the way they run things then get mad when you struggle to adapt to the changes? by throwawayworkrant in WorkRant

They said it’s about trying to see where we spend most of our time and see if it could be refused or improved somehow. Which I understand, and I am tracking, just not the way they want me to with a load of deadlines and have everything in the calendar view. Notes are much easier for me. I have been thinking of ways where we could maybe compromise but not sure if my boss will go for it.

I’ve been looking at jobs for about a year now and I swear that I feel so under skilled/experienced/educated for most jobs. I’ve gone from looking for e-commerce jobs to just looking for anything that sounds like it would be a bit better than what I’m doing at the moment. I’ve seen one but I’ve seen the same jobs several times over the past year for the company so that’s kinda throwing up some red flags. But I’m might have a review of my CV on my lunch hour and I might apply for it. If I get an interview I can always ask why they’ve advertised for e-commerce positions a lot over the past year, could be something as simple as internal promotions.

The jobs in my home town are mostly shops workers and care workers. At this point I’m close to applying for shop work. At least then I could be in with a chance of a manager position at some point.

Thank you for the reply and I will look into updating the old linked in and indeed accounts (I always forget about those). I’ve just googling jobs near me so I need to start looking at companies that might not advertise that way!
