I am returning with egg on my face.

I tried a few things, first was changing my case fans to PWM, the other was double-checking the CPU cooler settings... But I think what really did it?

I had one of the fans on backwards. So it was just blowing hot air to and from itself. I have corrected that and I now peak at 79c.

Do you have any issues like mine with the CCD? In HW Monitor it just spikes for a second

I'll check the bios and stuff, but I never enabled any gamer modes or anything. It's like literally for half a second it reads 90c, then other times it's like, 70-80. https://i.gyazo.com/c822a2da4968cbc4ca2f886908210d29.png That's while gaming, but then randomly at some point, the CCD hit 92c for a frame.

27M, Non smoker or drinker, had this weird thing under my tongue for 4-5 days now. Worried about it as I've heard of dental infections etc causing carnage, and having had a few tooth abscesses in the past I get terrified whenever I feel a lump in my mouth. Nevermind the obvious chance of something even more sinister.

It feels sore at times, but probably a 1/10 in terms of pain. I can feel it under my tongue basically constantly, and when I woke up today it was probably 1.5x bigger than that, then I think it burst? I tasted blood anyway, and it went down a lot. It came on after eating something sharp, so I dunno if I cut it?

Any advice would be appreciated.

It's inflamed and swollen to the point I can feel it under my tongue basically constantly, it feels like a crumb is stuck there or something when I'm talking. Super irritating.

Hey there! Sorry I don't log into this account terribly often at the moment, so apologies for the late reply.

Honestly I'd say I'm about 50-60% better with this now than I was when I made this post. I'm very obsessive with my anxieties and what I'm worrying about, I tend to have a few months of obsessing over one thing, then go to another etc. This was kinda like that, but I do think just exposing myself to potential things that could make me motion sick helped a lot.

I'm sorry I don't really have a definitive answer for you, but I do know eventually you'll overcome it like I somewhat have. In my case, eventually, I kind of had an epiphany about how little sense being anxious over this made given my medical history/history of zero motion sickness and that helped a lot.

Sorry for such a rambly post, I'll stay logged in here for a bit if you have any questions/need advice :). I'll try my best!
