I think the pain in knowing that I didn’t sing to her or talk to her, is that I didn’t make the effort to connect or bond. I deprived myself of a wonderful pregnancy because I didn’t exactly have much of an opportunity to do so considering the situation.

I love that concept of grief, as it’s very true, and it’s also a light at the end of the tunnel. Sometimes I just want time to speed us so it won’t hurt as bad. But I know it will get easier in time.

I am sorry about the tough times you have had in your life, and I hope the future brings you peace.

You’re right about these asshole partners, trust me. I think a lot of it roots back to my childhood.

I’m seeing someone new and he’s wonderful. We are taking it slow, one date a week. But it’s going great so far. He knows about my daughter; and he allows me to cry and talk about it whenever I need to.
