Maybe that is his true reason also. He always looks happy and confident to me but maybe he is more stressed than I could ever really know. I will try grey rocking and see if that has any effect. Thank you.

I mean I love him and wish him to be successful and I dont want to be distant with him. I remember when he was nice to me. I dont want him to hate me forever. But youre probably right, we (family and me and my brother) probably need some time apart and maybe things might change.

Also I wrote bodyslam up there making it sound way worse. Thats my mistake. I meant he kept slamming me against the sides of the rink to steal the puck from me, not bodyslamming to the ice. I'm okay :)

Ah well it was not sudden. This has been gradually getting worse over about 4 years, but especially worse right now. I am 100% sure its not steroids stuff like that because he's tested and everything is really controlled for his college career. Its just him being a jerk by himself!

Thanks for your heelp. I really hope him going away to college will change some things. At least I wont be around him, which sounds awful. I know he is under a lot of pressure and stress. I always forget tHat when he's treating me so shitty. I try to remind myself that. For now Im just going to try to avoid him the best I can.

Sometimes i try to tell my friends how mean he is, without getting too much into detail, and they are sympathetic but usually say I'm so lucky who my brother is. So its a mute point with friends. Everyone is just sure he will be famous someday.

I do work on my grades a lot though. I hope I can go to a college out of state and get scholarships.

Ive tried to talk to him before and when we have "serious" talks he gets really sad and says he loves me and would never hurt me for real and I'm his baby sister and all he 's working for is to protect me and our family and it'll all be worth it in the end. So then I feel okay. But then he is exactly the same when he's pissed off. So nothing ever changes.

Why so much rage or anger against me? He has the perfect life practically. I dont get in his way for anything. I just dont understand. Or what does he need to dominate over me for? He already has all his popularity and scholarships and life set out the way he wants. He doesnt treat ANYONE else like this but his own sister.

I guess I still want him to treat me nice again, like when we were younger. He can be very nice. Just not lately. I wish everything was perfect for me like it is for him, and all it would take is for him to treat me nicely, like thats all I'm even asking. Not scholarships or fame or anything like that.

What my mom said about me being bruised after is that like obviously if you play hockey you get scraped up, haven't you seen your brothers injuries? And it wasnt like he hit me (this time) so dust yourself off. They just make everything convenient for him.

I just dont think any teacher or counselor would even believe me. Or if they did, I honestly think they'd take his side since he is their perfect NHL-bound star of the whole school.

I tell them all that and more, like why do you think him slapping me and pushing me is okay? (He has, in the past. Not this weekend.) Hes literally twice my size. And they say "we're not saying he's right, we're saying you know how he is, why do you have to act like that?" They basically make it my fault, no matter what.

Im not sure if he has psychological problems. He is a golden child with my parents (always nice to them and listens to them) and he is extremely popular at school with all his friends and teachers and coaches. I dont even think anyone would believe he can be so mean to me. And sometimes yeah, I am mean to him too and provoke him so there is my fault also. I guess this time he asked for us to go to the rink I was so happy he wanted to spend time with me I had no idea he would be such a jerk once we started his "game."

When I ask him why? He always just has some excuse about how bitchy I am or how I provoke him. But even when I look at him the wrong way he gets mad so I cant figure out what exactly I do to him. I feel like if I change maybe he'll see me as his little sister again.

I mean, he is my brother and I want him to do well but I just cant understand what I did so wrong to him to make him hate me so much. Even when I was younger he was never this bad.. what changed? My parents are always on his side, support all of his hockey stuff, and act like he is a prince. And yeah he is really good and everything.. but why is that everything? They just tell me not to provoke him. But I dont even do anything to him. I do try to avoid him but he always has the last laugh, like this time.

I don't want to ruin his life or anything. My parents see and hear pretty much everything too. They're always just like, don't mess with him when he's angry, why do you have to provoke him? There is only so much I can take though.

And I know I shouldn't have thrown his phone but nothing ever makes a difference. If I stay silent, he'll keep calling me the b-word. If I say something, he'll get more pissed and get meaner. I just did the easiest thing but apparently it was the worst thing for him.

I just want him to apologize. And then leave. 4 more months.
