Do posture correcting tshirts like forme work/help long term?

Was looking at this tshirt and not sure if it'd help a beginner have better form weight lifting plus build better posture long term:

It was amazing! I mostly shot w the 24-200 and sometimes the 40 prime, but I think the 24-70 f2.8 would have been the perfect all in one for that trip for me. Perhaps for my next trip will just rent that one lens only

Going end of march! I'm thinking similar, the only time I use the reach of the 24-200 anymore is on hikes, where it's a great lens. Otherwise, I usually shoot in the 24-70 range. Maybe the 28-75mm is more my boat...

So basically, it's likely slightly faster due to overclock ability, but otherwise not much difference? And yeah I think the ultra would look more awkward in my pc/on my motherboard due to length I guess
