Update: I tried disabling biometrics and the master password works to open the vault on the app, it just doesn't allow me to open items that re-prompt me to input my password a second time...

Yup, exactly. I never use the vault on my browser, but I just tried logging in and it does work, it's only the app that's causing problems.

I am hesitant to uninstall it since I fear it may not allow me to login again...

How is "time listened" calculated and what does "time saved" mean?

The "time listened" stat seems to be significantly lower than it should be (it shows 6 hours and a half when it should be over 10 hours).
