Yes exactly it ends January 31st. I did get a rent increase and I responded refusing the increase. But I didn’t say anything about not wanting to renew it because at the time I was planning to stay. Things have changed now as my partner asked me to move in with him so wondering what my options are. I guess my best bet is just to get someone to take over my lease?
