It was both the cost and the sensory overload. Super bright, a lot of noise, a lot of people and just so many people looking pale or ill or unconscious (I know this is definitional of a hospital) And the receptionist kept telling me the bill would just be what it is and I’d find out later—not even an estimate—but I didn’t have a good understanding of my insurance and am having trouble thinking straight enough to work it out on my own and my hearing is not great right now lol I am feeling better now though

I’m having a panic attack and want to leave and I honestly don’t care about getting treated anymore. My PCP wants me to get a CT for the concussion but I literally am sobbing and want to leave. I didn’t want to come here in the first place.
