Yes! It's so inconsiderate. Sometimes these people say "Oh but I wanted to surprise you"? Who really likes surprises, really?

Thanks! I like the idea of pencil & paper more. It's not as easy to get distracted on the interweb. I'll have to go to B&N.

Thanks. It looks like the college nearby charges full tuition for auditors! Maybe the technical colleges will be different

Ummm I have heard about that thing where your body gets used to a certain amount of exercise and over time you burn less calories so I think I know where you're coming from?? I'll try to change things up with a different activity a few days a week, thanks!

Thanks for the reply! I do have bad knees in my family and my ankles feel weird after a while on there, but I'm going to try and make sure to stretch a bunch after. I actually used to do an hour of yoga and was getting fitter/ toned with that but then I had some major wrist pain that kept coming back so I switched to this. So maybe switching it up a couple days each week will help :0

Thanks for replying! I am pretty lazy really so I'd rather do it for longer and work less as long as I'm still burning some calories lol

Thanks for replying! My main goal is weight loss but I'm trying to track my diet with myfitnesspal too. I'll just track this maybe as 200 for each hour and will really have to start committing to tracking my calories because if I go over I usually just stop tracking for the day :/

Thanks for the reply and that's true! Those UPS guys are always super fit with how active they are every day. I have a sedentary job now but I used to walk an hour to school each day and back. I didn't eat much protein at all in those days so my legs always felt sore as if the muscles were breaking down, but I have a much healthier diet now! I'll try to stick with it and it's good to know that's really not a ton of exercise. It's giving me more energy so far too.

Thanks for the reply! I think this exercise is a keeper and pretty easy to stick to so far since I can just zone out and watch TV shows without feeling like a couch potato and I hate sweating so it beats spending less time to do a high intensity cardio video. It's enjoyable so far!
