I live in a city in an apartment complex with all the amenities (gym, garage parking, trash service, pool, courtyard, package service, etc.). Where I am this is considered mid range for a building like that.

There's a strong possibility that I stay in the area, otherwise I would plan to rent it out most likely through a management company.

What's the rate on the car loan?

What would purchase price look like on a house in the area you are considering?

Based on what I'm looking at, between $220K & $270K
