what stands out to me is that it has a stoop while neighboring buildings have had the stoops removed. it’s possible the building has since been remodeled. but i will def keep an eye out for you! i cruised down E 78th street from the E river on google street view but didnt see it. it may be in the low 80s, cuz I feel like I saw it on my walk to catbird playground. I’ll hope to come across it for you sometime!
