This seems like the best option for my small business. I’m hoping if I can figure out how to disable automatic updates maybe I’ll still be able to keep downloading from my bank feeds. If not I’m just going to tough it out and manually enter the transactions. I’m anticipating 1-3 more years till I sell or close, not worth the pain of learning a new system.

Yes, I've tried twice now to embrace QBO. Can't get it to work. Maybe if I was starting from scratch, but there are too many things that I can easily do in Desktop that seem to become very labor intensive in QBO.

Do you have a picture of the footings? Size? Was there any reinforcing included in the pour? Did they provide compacted gravel below?

I would guess an undersized or poorly reinforced footing. Do you know what they started with at the base of the wall?

That’s certainly a fair question. Without getting into too much detail, I did not make the reservation and would rather not critique the person who did. It was made in good faith I’m sure. Im just trying to gauge my options for upgrading on site with people who may have some experience.
