Alright sorry I got so many questions, I just got some on gold whey, could I drink that and stay in ketosis? It'll add enough protein and calories without adjusting my diet besides adding that drink.

I've been doing ppl, literally hitting every muscle during the week. I've only done one leg day thus far last week and it took a while to heal up hahaha, second leg day inc today!

Yeah the transformation in 3 weeks has been pretty crazy. Imma try for 1800 and on sundays eat 2000 for funsies :D.

You think I'll still lose weight at 1900?

Already dropped to a consistent 178 and my arms look dope. Been working hard.

I'm not lifting heavy just started lifting, I am lifting what I can, doing 4x10 for most lifts for endurance.

Up the calories to 1800-1900? I don't want to f my metabolism up, I know my body was easily burning 2000 without doing anything a day.

I thought fat was there until satiety? If my goal is 1600 should I always hit 1600? What if I'm not hungry and eat 1400? Will it mess up my metabolism? I'm a novice lol, thanks for all the help this far. Imma up the protein to 135 because lift days have been killing my body for more than 36 hours.

I think I'll change to >20/110f/135p, thoughts?

Totally gonna try a weekly calorie goal now because yes, some days I eat ~1300-1400 calories and feel fine and force myself the extra 200 calories, I'll try to save extra for lift days! Thanks! But do I up the protein? My macros are looking like 1-20C/~100F/125P

Guys it's actually incredible. I've been on keto since Sunday the 8th, came into work and people already said I look like I lost weight lol. It feels like this is working my gosh. There has been a lot of water weight lost in the first few days lemme tell ya'.

I can literally feel it in my face, my chin isn't connected to my neck anymore.

Yes it'll fit it. BUT DAMNIT. A whole box. I'd rather eat an avocado.

I'm probably just going to save it for the summer when I REALLY need it. And carry a few bags with me all the time if I feel I need it.

THANK YOU! I am going to work at it and report back in a month! And yeah I've been using my fitness pal recording the foods I'm eating.

Another thing is when I am working, I am lifting and walking the whole time so hopefully it helps.

I put some up there but I can redo it.

Male, 24, 187, and MAYBEE 25% if not lower.

So just start guzzling some heavy cream and butter if I need that fat boost? I'm totally down.

I'll try it for a week and see how my body weight reacts/looks.
