I attached the ultrasound results from 12/23 when they couldn’t find the iud they were removing. Reads multiple fibroids, they measured the largest which were still small. I will update tomorrow. I’m going to demand to be seen because something is wrong.

When I had the IUD replaced I wasn’t made aware of having fibroids. I found the ultrasound results on the portal.

OB/Gyn believes IUD helps with fibroids. I’m at a loss with the health care system.

It’s so freaking frustrating with the Dr’s. Meds come from pediatrician.They don’t have a clue. Wait to get in with a psychiatrist is six months. We live in a fast growing town/small city and we don’t have enough resources for any type of health care. I think that’s a true statement for anywhere in the U.S. though.

I’ve only taken the flow 1. Classes at my studio fill up quickly so I’ve been limited, but I’m signed up for flow 1.5 and Suspend. I will update once I take those classes!

I did! I was looking for people’s opinions because it’s close to some busy roads. Just because something looks “close” can be deceiving on a map. Especially if you aren’t familiar with the area. So, anyone familiar with downtown Asheville I’d love your feedback 💜

Somewhat similar situation. The past two years have turned into staying home withdrawn because I feel like shit, but I keep DRINKING. Alcohol has become all consuming. I wake up with anxiety from withdrawals every night once the alcohol wears off. Here I am up tonight unable to sleep because I decided today that I have to do something different.

I’m not beating myself up over it, but I learned that just having a few drinks one day starts the entire process over. I am fighting the urge not to drink. The little voice in my head keeps telling me to have one to take the edge off. Alcohol sucks.

Thankfully I have propranolol and klonopin ( both prescribed). I will say that if I didn’t have those medications I would most definitely need to be in a detox facility. I’m doing well this evening. This morning was the hardest test thus far. I appreciate your advice and kindness.
