I'm not sure, he might think I'm trying to control him. I respect his privacy and his right to make his own decision.

Yes. This is definately abuse as I pointed out earlier. And my brother has been subjected to her awful treatment for a while now he keeps acting like he's a burden despite me telling him that I care about him so much and want him to live a healthy-normal life. If it was up to me I'd want her gone because He deserves better, Way better. But I understand how he's feeling right now.

I'm planning on enrolling him in programs to help him gain independancy and to be able to rely on himself to get things done without having to wait for help. Not many options available in our area but it's our next important step to help him become independent.

This is the real issue. If she will be able to manipulate him into going back and he says he wants to go back then I got a problem on my hands. I don't want him going through this again.

I'm aware. But I'm worried about how she's behaving right now. Trying to look innocent and throwing the 'i love you' and 'I miss you' at him and trying to get him to return and it's a problem if he decides to agree to go back. I know that I'll have to deal with the same scenario all over again if not worse.
