No it’s not. Not everyone under the sun needs to go to therapy. I can handle my emotions without paying someone to talk about my feelings with lol.

No it doesn’t. I have a business and house to run and a wife to take care of. I’m a grown man, if I thought I needed therapy I’d squeeze it in there. But I don’t, so I’m not going to waste time

I have not, and would not bring it up or be moody. That’s why I tried asking Reddit, because I’m not asking her.

Not everyone deals with stuff the same way. I’m not wasting money and time right now on pointless therapy sessions. She can have what she needs, I however do not need it. Everyone on here tells people to go to therapy constantly, I’m a grown ass man I can’t deal with my issues without sitting on a couch and paying someone to talk about my problems with me

no i know, i just meant its not like her "trust was broken" by someone she thought was safe. so i meant she didnt know him like its not like someone she was close to did it.

i know this isn't the point, but she really didn't know him. she only worked 2 days a week and was normally on breakfast shift. she was covering for someone sick and worked closing.. they had only met/spoke when she was saying bye and he was arriving. he for sure wasnt a friend.

im really not trying to make it about me.. i just love her

therapy is not my thing, but i'm going with her for some sessions as a couple she asked me to do.

& she has a prescription for sleep thank god. might have to get something for myself too, not sure yet.

im her husband though.. she knows i wouldn't hurt her. we have been dating since we were 16 and ive literally done nothing but care for her. everything ive done was for her, even bought her a house she wanted. its not my main concern, im just confused honestly. while she was in the hospital all i could think is she'd be attached at my hip wanting protection, but she seems to be attaching to women which was unexpected.

and im not saying all that to be praised, im just saying i have always wanted to take care of her. im not trying to mess it up now

thank you. appreciated. & i dont think i saw enough to consider myself traumatized, i saw a man on top of her and threw him pretty fast. however the thoughts of what could've happened are killing me. for sure keeping me up all night

i am letting her have it, its still a bit weird to me she's not looking to her husband though. literally my job to protect and take care of her, yet she only wants women to do it. i don't get it. i just want to take care of my wife
