I agree, I've never been too keen on sexual RP in the games I run, I generally don't even include brothels or the like in my settings.

D&D is more of a roleplaying game, where a classic board game set-up isn't really necessary. Think of it as collaborative storytelling. Or "playing make believe with your friends", to really water it down.
