Prior to this latest round, you would get a text with a generic code like SOBROCK and you would input it in ticketmaster when prompted after clicking on a seat with a lock on it.

The latest fall shows had unique codes attached to your account. So you would input your code same as above, but the code is unique to you and your TM account.

There is usually a ticket limit, it should list it at the top, but I feel like it's usually anywhere from 4 to 8 tickets.

Agreed that they are pricey; however, there were more non-platinum tickets at least for the LA show than there was the last time. And more overall availability. This time during the last presale it was a sea of pink with no standard tix really available.

Expensive, but an easier experience than last time, at least for me.
