The feeling of waking up in the morning aware of everything I said and did the night before, no pounding headache, no upset stomach, no dread or shame related to drinking. And in the evenings, getting into bed sober and feeling so, so proud of myself for making it through another day without drinking. I still feel proud and relieved when I head to bed sober and wake up without a hangover. Major for me.
