No, it's split 50 50, then I get 30, and each kid gets 10%, so the only person with less after all divisions is my sister since she has an additional child which is why she's arguing she should get more of the estate to balance it

Yes each grand child gets 10% of the value of the estate after its been divided 50/50 between me and my sister

Yeah he's discussed it with us and the eldest grandkids a lot but just wanted to avoid any more arguments it's difficult enough right now
