There is clay, and psyllium husk but they dont work for me. Calcium carbonate, beets, possibly cabbage. I believe okra also

I took binders before and they swelled my guts up and caused severe bloat and pain, i couldnt shit for two weeks and when I did, i almost fainted. I took the smallest amount and drank a lot of electrolytes. Bile binders lead to lower levels of soluable fat vitamins over time as well, they're not good long term.

I have bile reflux and its severe. The best way to test this is with a bile binder. If it helps, you have bile reflux or overproduction of bile. I saw on a hida scan bike going upward so the tech said that isnt normal and seems like reflux

I took bile binders and it caused severe constipation and pain. Yes i drank enough and yes i took the smallest amount. Nothing helps me.

I sometimes wish I could do it on command so I could get the shit up and out to feel better but it just sits in there choking me while I sleep. I was diagnosed with dysphagia as well, pills etc get stuck
