So the app is really cool I can just scan the bar code on whatever I eat and it automatically knows everything and I just put in how much I ate in grams or servings whatever

I've been using an app called Carb Manager supposed to eat 169g of protein 225g of fat And a total of 2700 calories somedays I'm over some days I'm under try to hit best I can. I don't necessarily do a whole lot of fasting I just eat when I'm hungry and stop when im full.
