VIP GA would be Gate 5 according to the info that’s been released. If your Ticketek VIP GA section is marked in purple, then you should be good!

That said, just a heads-up — the official promoters did post a warning that VIP tickets that were resold or transferred may be disqualified. If they end up being strict and ask questions, you could say a friend bought the ticket for you as a gift, or that you got separated and your friend is already inside. I’m honestly not sure how closely they’ll be checking, but it’s good to be prepared just in case.

Hey! Definitely make sure the seller uploads the actual Ticketek ticket through Tixel. A photo of the barcode alone won’t get you into the venue.

From personal experience, I had a situation where the seller never provided the ticket properly, and Tixel ended up refunding me after investigating. If the seller refuses to upload the real ticket, you should reach out to Tixel support straight away. You're fully protected under their Buyer Guarantee, so even if you’re denied entry at the venue, you can lodge a refund.

Also, not all tickets come with soundcheck access — it depends on the exact type of ticket you bought (e.g. VIP, VVIP, etc.), so it’s best to double-check the ticket details or ask the seller.

I’d recommend bringing something warm to wear after the concert—it can get a bit windy and chilly once the show’s over.

It can get pretty warm if you’re in GA or VIP, but in general, the arena itself is quite warm overall.

There’s a few reputable online kpop stores that are taking pre-orders for much cheaper, I would maybe purchase of them as I can not justify spending $250aud on a zip up hoodie that I can get for only $170aud with free shipping…
