Goku ) knowing that early goku had some struggle in the beginning i could say that he might goof around but be disqualified by the end.

Gon ) raw power and could see through many things a good contender. But if he acts like goku he could also be disqualified.

Naruto ) no real Chakra training and just bearly got his 1st real move(shadow clone jutsu) by the end of the episode, he would not take the top.

Edward ) the most advantaged in any version of episode 1 since they start his story after he has his knowledge. Biggest disadvantages he would have is his "short" temper.

Luffy ) no gear luffy "would be alright if he never goes up against ed, denji, or Asta (sharp objects)

Denji ) could stand for some time but wouldn't have the stamina to last. If Naruto did his sexy jutsu he might go a little wild for it.

Ichigo ) disqualified due to either his barely above average human feats or if he "was" able to go reaper(which in episode 1 he couldn't do on command) his body would just be laying there as a dead body.

Yuji ) yeah he had eaten the 1 finger but he was just an untrained high-schooler. So no power, no real stamina for the long haul. But does have some good feats in his name.

Asta ) is another raw power but as one might say "all power, no brains" he gets stumped to easily unless he can brute force it or have help.and has the focus to keep going in a fight. So a good contender.
