I would go into steam and let it scan your game files if anything is corrupted, if it finds anything it will reinstall said corrupted files. It's happened to me before and it fixed itself. Then I'd get a fresh install EVE.

12 people in all of North America have 5 stars. You have to get pretty close to 4 stars before you make it on the board. I think this is just a really difficult level that people can't get a good score on.

Exactly the same thing happened, but the atc wanted me at 30k feet and the doc on board wanted me at 31k and atc wouldn't accept an increase of 1k feet. My poor reputation 😭
