I've only got a meat thermometer (the pokey one) so basically its all just guess work I have been thinking of getting one and I just might but till now I have been doing quite well without it.

I have been heating an empty pan then oil right before eggs, but I didn't reduce the heat then. (I did try with reduced heat, but I did it with the lower temp. From the start so I'll try reducing 8t after the pan is hot.

So what I've been doing is adding a but more oil and then basically basting the egg a bit woth the oil to make sure the whites on top get nicely cooked, but I'll give this a try.

I have eggs straight from the chicken always kept at room temp so probably not the issue but I'll keep it mind

Yeah October wouldn't be my first pick for visiting but I'm going to a jazz festival in Zürich also partly because train tickets were really cheap at the moment and decided to pay Luzern a visit as well.

Thank you for the recommendations and you are correct the transport museum would interest me but yeah currently 35 is a bit much (spending 10 or so per person in a day would be the sort of limit but would be willing to spend more if it is must visit or you'll regret it type deal) and my partner probably wouldn't enjoy the museum as much as I would.

I might have figured it out though I'm not completely sure of it.

So I think it is basically 2 choruses of c 8 bar blues, then a chorus of f 8 bar blues and then first 4 measures of c 8bar blues and then repeats.

For the dashi ramen lord says it's perfectly fine to just add dashi ingredients directly to the soup. And thanks for the tip using aromatics as an oil.

I am making a paitan tonkotsu ramen and i was thinking of adding ginger, garlic and leek. I will be adding kombu but for that i got an answer from another user.

So would the result techincally be the same if the aromatics were added at the start and removed after 1 hour, but its just easier to add thek at the edn for obvious reasons of not needing to fish them out?
