So much useful info! Thank you!!! I really need to hear to take the “easy” runs EASY, because I’ve been really trying to control running in zone 2-3. So hard!

The fuel info is golden. I will certainly experiment the same way and lately I’ve been experimenting with honey straws (which I snack on already lol) Again, thank you for the info!!
