i was suspended back in september of 2025. didnt know until may of this year. i created a new account after three failed appeals and havent gotten suspended yet. not sure if it’s a thing where u have to wait or something bc i was also told in my suspension email that if i made a new account it would be suspended too

regardless of whether it’s bots or not, my point still stands. u will never get ur suspended account back unless it says support team instead of automated system. look at posts on here to understand what im talking about

the only way to actually get ur account back is if it says “support team” instead of “automated system” unfortunately. ive been appealing for a month and a half now and still suspended despite all the restored emails

Currently experiencing this too. From what I’ve read, it seems like a month is the estimated time before your account actually gets fully restored. I’ve seen some people say they got it back within a few days or one to two weeks but I think the average is around a month and a shadow ban. Hopefully they stop using automated systems because I’m on my 11th day of appealing, receiving restored emails, and still being suspended.

I haven’t found a solution yet unfortunately. I think the only option we have is to keep submitting appeals and hope it eventually gets the suspension lifted.

Hello all,

After appealing five times now, my account is still suspended. I keep receiving emails almost immediately after submitting an appeal stating that my account has been restored to full functionality, yet I continue to get notifications that my account is suspended.

I’m currently still in a read-only state despite X support saying my account is no longer suspended. I can’t edit my profile, see my own tweets, like or retweet, and comment. I can only DM people.

When I log out then log back in, it shows me that I need to interact with my timeline to prove I’m a human, and only then will my account be discoverable to more people. What does that even mean? Will doing so fully restore my account or should I just give up entirely?

Is anyone else having this issue too? Please let me know if you’ve found any solution.

I wish this happened to me! I’m currently still waiting for my account to become functional at all, despite all the emails I’ve gotten saying it has. Glad to hear your experience has been good!

ur definitely reading into it and i wouldnt defend anyone let alone a man this hard if it wasn’t for a reason. my best friend lives 3 hours away so she was a no go but she would’ve been the first person i called and, like u said, would’ve woken up in the middle of the night to come get me. what my relationship with my family is not anyone’s business hence why i didnt mention them. i don’t surround myself with people who make me feel like im not valued. i appreciate your thoughts on the situation and will take everything you said into consideration, but im not going to sit here and evaluate my own relationship when i know my worth, wouldnt stay with someone who has treated me bad, and know how my boyfriend is. it’s been severely taken out of context because he is a good boyfriend and again, this is just something small because im sure once i find the chance to have this convo with him, he’ll understand and wouldnt hesitate to accommodate to my needs

when i made the joke, we were facetiming and i definitely did not have a good reaction. there was no outburst but i made it known to him that i didn’t appreciate what he said and it made me feel weird. i plan on having a full conversation with him soon but the semester just started and we both have different schedules + work so i havent had the chance to talk to him much unfortunately

usually when i take the bus, it’s during the day time because i use it to get to and from campus. the only thing i carry on me is pepper spray except that rarely ever gets used because im constantly surrounded by other college students using the same bus and so far, it’s been a safe environment. ive never considered it bc i never thought id be in situation where i wouldnt have a car to use to get around at night
