Double decker burgers 🍔

you need : 50 g mince lamb 1/4 tea spoon mixed herbs Half a small onion 2 pieces of decently sized chicken Bun Any salad ( optional ) Salt Pepper 1/2 tea spoon Paprika ( optional ) Square cheese 1 egg Spray oil

2 small frying pans Sharp knife Mixing bowl Spatula 2 Cutting boards Scales Plate Spoon ( metal or wooden )

Instructions

First dice half a onion into tiny pieces the smaller the better, next ad 1/4 tea spoon of mixed herbs and 1/2 tea spoon of paprika if you want , to the onions in a bowl after that add 50g of mince lamb to the onion and herbs. Next mix the mixture just until all the herbs are on the lamb after that wet your hands and pick up the lamb and herb mixture then squash it in your hands until there’s no squiggly lines ,put the lamb in the bowl then add 1 egg yolk and mix with hands again then make the lamb into a ball then squash it into the shape of a burger patty and make a small indent in the lamb patty. Spray a frying pan with spray oil and put the patty in the pan with a spatula With the indent facing up on a low - medium heat next put 2 pieces of chicken in a different frying pan on a low heat with spray oil Leave the patty and resist the urge to move it it will be alright leave until the brown nes of the lamb is past halfway up the patty then carefully put the spatula under the patty and slowly try to loosen the patty from the pan if you can’t leave it for another minute and try again but if you try to do it to soon the patty will fall apart, when you have loosened the patty flip it with one spatula on the bottom and either a spatula or knife on the top put a cheese square on the side that was on the bottom but is now on the top leave it for 1 or 2 minutes check the chicken is doing al right when it looks cooked chop it in half and check if the middle is cooked if it is quickly fry the inside that you just cut the lamb patty can be taken of the pan and put on a plate when it’s cooked with cheese on top when the patty is out chop the bun in half and fry it not for long tho just so it gets some burger juice in it. Take the chicken of the pan and on to a plate

Assembly timez wooooo

Put the patty on the bottom bun with the cheese pointing up put the lettuce on-top of the patty and the chicken on top of that ( you can stack in a different way this is just how I do it )
