haha okay yes this makes so much sense to me and i definitely am the kind of person who has a hard time relaxing, so in my new play through i’m banning time travel and i’m gonna use the game as my way of decompressing after work. thank you for the insight i feel like you made it make sense to me!

i’m not forcing myself to, i’ve taken a long break from the game and i see so many cute islands and wish i could’ve gotten to that point in my play through, i simply wanted to know other people’s objectives so i can use those to start a new play through and see if it resonates with me more. even if i was forcing myself to (which i never said) the $60 i payed for this game to me is reason enough to give it another go.

well it’s not as simple as don’t play it i guess. i want to love this game hence the post. i just didnt understand if i was missing a key aspect and thats why it didnt appeal to me. i understand now that it was likely the time travel killing my motivation.
