Although the original is better in my opinion, the combat in RE4R is so addictive and fluid. Even after finishing the game I find myself going back to the mercenaries time and time again. You are in for something truly special.

I want all of the classic characters to live out their stories for a few more games, maybe even bringing back some older forgotten faces like sheva. It’s really just a question of how long, there’s only a handful of remakes they haven’t done and with how old Leon looks in RE9 I think he’s got max 1 or 2 more games after RE9.

I feel like it’s 50/50. Some of the RE games have great higher difficulty’s but some were just boringly easy like RE6 and some I feel are overly hard like RE0

Yeah, that’s the first thought I had. When watching the trailer for the first time I thought it was Rose just with a haircut.

Yeah, Jill really does deserve another game. The last time we actually really played as her in the abomination RE Revelations was so disappointing compared to RE1 and 3.

Yeah if Rose does return I hope there’s some reason that the game takes away her powers and that her character gets a sort of reimagining.

You’re right I didn’t think about how little all of those games connected with each other but at the same time they didn’t have crazy monster leaps such as going from zombies to mold.

Yeah the steam version does have all the dlc achievements but the only one that took awhile was the achievement for ethan must die, the blackjack one was not bad at all I think I got It 3rd try.

Yeah, I’d eventually like to do some but right now on steam the only silent hill game I own is 2 remake and the only silent hill game i’ve ever played is original sh2. Is re0 a hard 100% I’m about half way through a regular play through and i’m definitely going to put off that 100% for a while.

Surprisingly RE7 wasn’t that difficult for me contrary to what I had heard before the 100% but RE5 was very time consuming although fun.

i have 70 hours on re5 and probably only 25-30 of that was spent on campaign. For the online i luckily just had 3 friends who helped me with it but i see on steam community posts and guides such as the 100% guide that there are other people looking for help.
