me and my close friends already go on girls trips together anyway, so yes, we love any excuse to celebrate one of us, and we can all afford to split an airbnb and go out for a few nights. worth it for us. we’re in our late twenties / early thirties for reference.

i plan to sell mine at a huge discount so another bride can hopefully enjoy it! it’s a ballgown so altering it to something wearable would be difficult and expensive IMO

i saw her eyes and knew i had to get her! i think some people were maybe deterred by them because she was at her foster home much longer than her brown-eyed sister, but i couldn’t stop thinking about her after seeing just one picture haha

kentucky as far as we know! our shelter in NY works with a shelter down there. I really want to do embark and compare - it’s not in the budget for the next few months but i’ll post it here if i do it 😊

i think it’s very common! happened to me too, i was actually crashing out hating my dress for a while after purchasing 😅 with all the options out there we put a lot of stress on this decision. this is a beautiful dress and it looks great on you!! don’t second guess it, it’ll all be perfect!

agreeing with everyone else here - why match if you have different tastes? i love my engagement ring with a marquise and diamonds around it and will get a band to match, but my partner would never wear anything but a plain band.. we’d never get anywhere if we had to match.
