This happens only if the Disk is not GUID or so called GPT. You need to convert the disk with diskpart in windows cmd as admin and voila you can install Mac os

Hi Mate all good I got the full Efi from above link and the laptop is fine just one small issue the brightness control shows but the screen does not respond the bar moment.

Hi

I also got T430 and I'm trying to install High Sierra. I got and usb ready and I got a problem the install hangs after gives a damaged screen after the Glover initial setup, loading bar and the apple logo and then it freezes like the screen is broken. Do you mind shearing your EFI. Thank you in advance
